How Does Life Coaching Work?

Life coaching is conducted on a weekly basis. Sessions usually take around 60 minutes and can be done either by telephone or in person. I also offer my clients unlimited email access to send questions, comments, concerns and check-ins between sessions.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions needed depends on your goal/vision and the time frame it requires. The packages I offer include 6 sessions as well as a free 30 minute Life Design Strategy Session. More sessions can be booked if you are looking for a longer term coaching experience.

Is Coaching A Form Of Counselling?

No, coaching isn’t therapy. Whilst counsellors and therapists tend to work with people to look at past traumas that are holding them back, coaching is future focused.

What Do I Have To Do?

Check out the different packages I offer for adults and teens and when you feel inspired to take the first step, you can request your complimentary Life Design Strategy Session. During this initial call we’ll:
  • Identify where you are, what you want and what is holding you back.


  • Determine the coaching tools and systems that will best serve your needs.


  • Explore what you want to gain from our 1-1 coaching experience.


  • Decide which coaching package is most suitable for you.
